New CCHPO Network Partners

Ken Wright has joined the Commonwealth Centers for High-Performance Organizations (CCHPO) network as an associate. Ken will be working with Tom Ward and Carol Crawford as part of the Washington Center for High Performance Organizations.

Biography

Kenneth L. Wright, an associate with CCHPO, has attained more than 30 years of experience working with public and private sector organizations in the areas of: executive coaching, 360 feedback, high-performance cultural/change management, organization development (OD), survey research, strategic planning, diversity and human resource management, team building, self directed work teams, and quality and customer service initiatives.

He has worked with pioneers in the field of behavioral sciences and organizational development, including Dr. Carl Rodgers. He is certified as a Master Trainer for Achieve Global-Zenger Miller, in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Steps 1 and 2, in Porter’s Relationship Theory/Strength Deployment Inventory, in Emotional Intelligence, and in facilitation skills. Ken served as Director, Organization Development and Strategic Planning at the Food and Drug Administration, and led OD at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commission. He holds a B.A. degree in Social Science and History and M.Ed. and M.S. degrees in Applied Behavioral Science from the Johns Hopkins University.
