Join others experiencing the reality of organizational improvement with the HPO Diagnostic/Change Model (HPO DCM). This performance improvement conference brings together managers, improvement sponsors/champions, internal change agents, and the Commonwealth Centers for High-Performance Organizations (CCHPO) consultant network in a forum to exchange strategies, skills, and stories.

This year’s Conference is being hosted by the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Co-sponsors for the Conference are the Cooper Center, CCHPO, the US Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Executive Institute (FEI), and – for the first time – the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).  Welcome ICMA!

The number of conference participants will be limited to 125 attendees based on conference facilities and meeting room size, so register early to ensure your participation; see registration details, below.
