Flipping the Pyramid workshop completed by Phil Harnden...

Phil Harnden, PhD and A. Tyler St. Clair completed a new, two day workshop entitled “Flipping the Pyramid : Operating in the Parallel Organization for Managers” at China Lake, CA for NAVAIR managers. This workshop was designed to provide insights for managers utilizing the Guidelines for Parallel Organizations as they worked with various parallel organization groups. Phil and Tyler also conducted a basic facilitation 2 day workshop for a group of facilitators at China Lake interested in developing their skills and participating in a “Facilitator Community of Practice” within NAVAIR. The workshops were conducted the first week in May 2002.
