Fairfax County HPO and Strategic Thinking Review Session

Dr. John Pickering and Dr. Phil Harnden recently completed a review session on April 17, 2003 for previous HPO attendees and those interested in an overview of HPO at Fairfax County, VA. Mary Ashton, Assistant to the County Executive, sponsored the session. This session was conducted in response to requests from previous HPO Seminar and LEAD sessions for an update and overview.

The session provided an overview of Modules I-V, an overview of the new Module VII (Vision to Performance) and discussed the application of the Fairfax County Framework for Excellence with the Strategic Thinking and Planning Process developed by Fairfax County.
